Kicking off the day with some media duties, Catherine Zeta-Jones headed over to the ?Today? show in Rockefeller Plaza this morning (June 14).
And the ?No Reservations? star looked lovely in all black as she geared up to promote her brand new movie ?Rock of Ages.?
Though she?s hit some bumps in the road due to Bipolar Disorder, Catherine told Matt Lauer that making the movie was definitely a bright spot in her difficult year.
"Any chance I get to sing and dance, even at home (I take). It was a quick fix for me I have to say, because I had to go down (to film) in three weeks. ... It's unlike in theater doing it on film because there are all those different camera angles."
Zeta Jones also noted that she?s not the only one in her family with health concerns- her hubby Michael Douglas had a recent bout with throat cancer.
"I take my hat off to him, because he never once lost his sense of humor, even in his darkest days. It's a terrible, terrible process to go through, but he was strong throughout."
"I feel great, it's time to move on. I'm one of many, many people who suffer with this, one of many people who are caring for cancer survivors -- he's two years clean I'm very happy to report. It puts real life into perspective."
