Sandra Bullock to Host Special Screening of "The Heat" in Boston

Dropping off her little one for another week of learning, Sandra Bullock took her son Louis to school in Los Angeles on Monday (April 22).

The "Miss Congeniality" actress ignored the shutterbugs as she headed back to her vehicle while getting help from a friend who carried out a large "Cars" inspired toy.

Switching to professional news, Sandra is trying to do her part in helping Boston get back to happier times after the tragic marathon bombing attacks.

Giving a little treat to those who served on the front lines, Bullock will be hosting a special screening of her new flick "The Heat," which was shot in the Massachusetts city.

Speaking about the situation, the 48-year-old actress told CNN, "It's been an amazing tight knit community before this happened, and it just bonded a community even more. I don't think a screening would ever be enough (or) feel like it's enough to do for them."
