Her baby girl is growing up so fast, and Jennifer Garner was spotted with Seraphina in Santa Monica, CA on Monday (June 27).
The ?Valentine?s Day? actress looked cute as always in a summery dress and flats while she toted her darling daughter to get her nails done at Bellacure before a little retail therapy.
Meanwhile, Jennifer, who is the artistic ambassador for the Save the Children charity organization, recently opened up on her take about poverty amongst children.
She told the ParentDish?s AdviceMama that when a child grows up in poverty, by the time he or she is 4 years old, the child is developmentally 18 months behind. And, statistics show, children who are not kindergarten-ready are unlikely to graduate from high school.
"We all love our kids and we all want to do a good job," Garner went on to say. "It doesn't take money to be a good mother, but it does take someone showing you what to do. We simply aren't born with that knowledge."
