Jon Bon Jovi's Daughter Gets Heroin Charges Dropped

Catching a break thanks to a "Good Samaritan," Jon Bon Jovi's daughter has had her heroin charges dropped.

According to the Oneida County District Attorney?s Office, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi will not be prosecuted because the New York state's "Good Samaritan" law prohibits prosecution against the victim of a drug overdose and the witness who helped the victim.

Law enforcement found the 19-year-old unresponsive in a dorm room after a friend reported her condition.

Subsequently, the Jersey rocker's daughter was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
