"The Vampire Diaries" Star Candice Accola Announces Engagement

Sharing some exciting news with her Twitter followers, Candice Accola announced she was engaged on Wednesday (May 29).

During a romantic getaway in Florence, Italy, The Fray guitarist Joe King popped the question to the "Vampire Diaries" star.

Posting a pic of the happy betrothed couple, the 26-year-old actress tweeted, "Cheers from the future Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Aaron King."

Stoked for her pal and costar, Nina Dobrev tweeted, "What colors are we thinking for the bridesmaids dresses? Because yellow isn?t a good color on me.. :P haha."
