Justin Bieber Dodges Criminal Charges for "Disproportionate and Immature" Actions

His behavior this year may have tested the boundaries of decency, but Justin Bieber will not be criminally charged for two recent incidents.

According to TMZ, the Los Angeles District Attorney declined to pursue cases against the 19-year-old pop star for allegedly spitting on a neighbor and reckless driving through his neighborhood.

Though the neighbor actually saved the saliva, the D.A. stated that the Bieb's actions were " disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation Bieber's actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat."

In regards to the speeding incident, a video shows the "Beauty and a Beat" singer riding a motorcycle, behind the speeding Ferrari. Also, Tyler the Creator actually told TMZ he was the driver of the vehicle at the time.
